What Are They?

Content & Appearance:
Adderall tablets contain mixed amphetamine salts (amphetamine aspartate, sulfate, saccharate, and dextroamphetamine sulfate).

• Immediate-release (IR) tablets are usually round or oval, and come in colors like orange, blue, or white, depending on the dosage.

• Extended-release (XR) capsules are often clear/colored beads in capsules.

Available Dosages:

• IR Tablets: 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg, 15mg, 20mg, 30mg

• XR Capsules: 5mg to 30mg (in 5mg increments)

Common Uses:

• ADHD (enhances concentration and reduces impulsivity)
